At SGR, we’re thrilled to introduce our very own “Web Form” builder that showcases our commitment to providing tailor-made solutions. Our wonderful clients frequently approach us with a variety of web form needs, spanning from tasks like “Equipment Ordering” and “Event Delegate Registrations” to “Menu Choices” and “Registering Interest,” among other creative requests.
After a careful evaluation of different online “Form Builders,” it became clear that none quite matched up to our comprehensive criteria or could cover the full range of our requirements.
Our focus on serving businesses means that we often need forms that can handle multiple submissions (like delegates and stand builders) within a single form, doing away with the hassle of multiple submissions. And all of this had to be achieved without overwhelming users with an excessive number of fields to fill out. What’s more, we wanted the data to seamlessly integrate into various management systems, including third-party event applications through API connections, which required a high level of data management at the form level.
Our forms also needed to make it easy for users to upload one or more documents, either right away or at a later time, without having to go through the process of submitting a new form.
Maintaining flexibility was key to meeting our clients’ branding requirements. This included everything from fonts, colors, and images, to the ability to smoothly incorporate third-party JavaScript plugins—like slider banners and elegant image pop-ups.
To top it all off, our solution included a user-friendly management portal. This portal gives clients the convenience of viewing, editing, and exporting submitted data in CSV format. It also makes it a breeze to download documents that users have uploaded, complete with important details about the uploader’s identity.
